Trex was very frustrated because the competitor’s rotary joints are leaking within three months after installation.
Our contact and I met with the team at Trex.

The medium is steam with temperature over 300 degrees F and pressure around 100 psi.
The Maier Solution was to cross the rotary joint to one of our HW 232 K-700 series rotary joint.

Since changing the Maier products, Trex has not experienced any leakage.

They are still in the process of replacing their remaining competitor rotary joints over to Maier.
